Kirsti Norris

Kirsti brings a lifetime of working with others in the Great Turning, as activist, trainer, sustainability professional, facilitator, mother and researcher.  Kirsti believes strongly in the power of hearing from ourselves and others in safe spaces as a means of finding our steps to a more life-sustaining society.  She trained in eco-facilitation and empowerment work to deepen her offerings to individuals and groups seeking to find strength and inspiration in these challenging times.

 

Kirsti set up Action for Sustainability to facilitate the understanding of sustainability and empower change in organisations.

Will is a founder and Director of the Fold cic making a stand for Sustainability, Creativity and Health.  He started out as an organic farmer in the seventies before running a large  wholesale plant nursery.  More recently he founded Transition Malvern and trained in eco-facilitation and Joanna Macy's work that reconnects.

 

Will also teaches voice work and singing Indian Raga based on the work of Gilles Petit.

Neil grew up playing in the streams and woods of the New Forest. These early experiences have continued to inspire his passion for the natural world.

 

Professionally Neil has over 20 years of experience, facilitating stakeholder engagement in policymaking, planning and community development in a range of sustainability settings.

 

Trained by Joanna Macy in the ‘Work That Reconnects’, Neil is now offering workshops in this empowering and inspiring approach.

 

Outside of his professional work Neil is an enthusiastic permaculture practitioner, smallholder and artisan drinks producer.
